Office Manager

We are looking for an Office Manager to join our growing team in Haarlem. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys creating a comfortable, organized, and efficient workplace. We’re looking for someone proactive, organized, and communicative, who can take ownership of the office space and contribute to our team’s well-being and effectiveness.
The job can be part-time.
Responsibilities:
- Purchasing food for the office and organizing lunch delivery.
- Collaborating with the office landlord. Organizing office cleaning.
- Purchasing stationery.
- Make sure that the office is a functional and good place to work
- Interacting with providers in the event of a failure.
- Purchasing equipment for the employees.
- Organizing team buildings
- Book travel
- Organizing Dutch language courses for employees
- Helping our employees with various requests
- Coordinate with other office managers in the company
Requirements:
- Fluent English and Dutch - must have, Russian is a plus
- Office manager experience is a plus
- Good soft skills
- Exceptional organizational skills
- For emergencies or urgent requests, you must be available outside of normal working hours
