Administrative Lead
Alber Blanc is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and people-focused Administrative Lead to oversee and elevate our office operations across multiple locations. In this role, you will shape the administrative foundation of a fast-growing, founder-led international company, ensuring seamless daily operations while leading and developing a high-performing team.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Office Managers, establish clear objectives, delegate tasks, provide coaching, and guide performance improvement.
- Oversee daily office operations and support services to ensure smooth, efficient workflows and high-quality administrative output.
- Develop, refine and implement administrative procedures, policies, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency and clarity for all our offices.
- Allocate resources strategically—supplies, space, technology and personnel—to meet evolving business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Finance and others ) to coordinate onboarding, facilities updates, vendor management, and event logistics.
- Be responsible for the budget.
- Organize the corporate events.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for administrative issues, driving resolution and continuous improvement of the support environment.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in administrative management in an international company.
- Fluent English and Russian.
- Outstanding organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, tight deadlines and evolving business requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in working with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience developing and implementing administrative processes, policies and performance metrics.
- Strong problem-solving mindset, able to analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies and lead change initiatives.
- Proficiency with office management systems and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, booking and vendor platforms).
