Alber Blanc is seeking a highly motivated Trade Operations Manager to join our growing team. This role sits at the heart of our trading function, ensuring seamless operational performance across multiple exchanges and assets. The person will act as the first point of contact for trading-related operational issues.

The position is based in our Limassol office (no hybrid or remote)

Key responsibilities: 

• Monitor live trading activity and respond to operational alerts or issues and maintain documentation of recurring issues and resolutions.

• Support traders during incidents impacting execution or exchange connectivity.

• Manage trading accounts across multiple exchanges and venues.

• Configure and maintain account permissions, limits, and operational settings.

• Maintain strong working relationships with exchange partners.

• Escalate problems to exchanges and track resolution and provide clear updates to internal stakeholders during incidents.

• Work closely with Trading, Infrastructure, and Business Development teams.

• Support new exchange launches and trading expansions and assist with vendor coordination when needed (e.g., connectivity providers).

Requirements:

• Fluent English is a must

• 2-3 years of working experience with exchanges

• Excellent soft skills  

• Good understanding of trading
